greenville | due south coffee.

a few photos from last weekend, when we celebrated my sweet dad's birthday by going for a drive and pausing for coffee at due south.

the coffeehouse is nestled inside taylors mill, built in the 1920s as a bleachery. we sipped velvety lattes (the beans are roasted in-house!) and walked around the property, marveling at the brick and beams and airy spaces.

the mill is in the early stages of restoration -- soon, an event space and other new businesses will join due south -- and i'm glad we got to see it this way, in all its raw beauty, nearly untouched for half a century.
