friend kristen visited from charleston this weekend and i so enjoyed my time with her. it was a short trip—just 36 hours—and we really made our hours count.
we spent saturday morning in central park, went to balthazar's for french onion soup, window shopped in soho, and stopped into serendipity for frozen hot chocolate. later, we wandered the met until it closed, ordered thai in, and fell asleep watching the family stone.
it was wonderful to see her and talk our way through the day, the next time i see her, she'll be getting married. i can't wait.
i love this:) fall & friends & weekend adventures just enjoying each other's company.. makes me miss my friends far away a bit more today.
