walking home, it occurred to me that even snow has a smell. delicate, graceful, and not terribly unlike a fresh bar of ivory soap or the crisp pages of a new paperback.
ahhh i love. wishing i was standing in the streets of nyc, catching snowflakes on my tongue. i'm excited for the snow to start falling for real here in MI!
You won't be surprised to read that I love this edition!! The photos and the subjects are among my all time favorites. Snow in the city is sooooo beautiful and I love the sense of smell that you introduce into. I'm there!
Thank you for sharing these magical moments. What is it about the first snow fall of the year that brings out the child inside. I can't wait for our first snow fall this year!
Wow, what beautiful words to describe snow. We're from Australia so haven't experienced snow in a city like this. We visited New York in summer and it's so hard to imagine it snowing!
