pommes frites.

quite some time ago now i heard about a restaurant in the village serving only french fries. then i promptly forgot about it and only recently remembered. i am not the world's biggest fan of french fries (unless they are curly), but pommes frites is a game changer. since the fries are the meal, a great deal of pomp and circumstance (parading as thirty different types of sauces) is devoted to the experience.

and if you can't make up your mind, the guys behind the counter will kindly offer
up samples and maybe toss in a few extra sauces, just because.

  7. This is a very helpful list! It reminds me of the fish list (Seafood Watch) that the Monterrey Bay Aquarium puts out which has helped shape my consumption patterns. The fact that it was on a small fold-able wallet sized brochure helped too. franchisee inquiry | Order now
