london, part one.

i am trying so hard not to forget any of it…watching the fog roll into london on the train ride in, the early morning in kensington gardens and afternoon in bloomsbury, that walk down bond street, the way the tower bridge gave me butterflies. 

so many of my childhood dreams and thoughts and imaginings were shaped by the things i was reading, most of which were set in or around london, so it was really incredible to see the city for the first time from the perspective of my grown up self. ever the dreamer and thinker and imaginer, i quickly came to the conclusion that, grown up or not, london is magic.
