& there's a buzz of christmas in the air.


photographs from a stroll amongst the fifth avenue crowds peeping windows and popping in and out of shops. 'twas a rosy-cheeked and bustling scene, equal parts cheerful and hurly-burly: new york city, one week before christmas.
