making my week: movie night at the angelika, stuffing my dad's birthday card with confetti...and the hilarious resulting phone call, what seems to be our last snow of winter, sunny days that beg for walks, nailing a homemade version of the brown sugar and cream oatmeal i had back in south carolina, and spending a saturday out where he grew up in new jersey. also, seeing him drive! i forget how things that are so everyday in other places elude us city folk until i am caught off guard by them. riding in a car (that isn't a cab) together for the first time is such a funny memory to make.
I had no idea your dad called you Zaza. That is so cute!
