in a spring of perpetual rainclouds, one chasing another, i almost didn't believe the sun would ever come. and yet! here we are, the middle of june, riding a heatwave and finally daring to imagine summer. i'm dreaming of:
+ baking pies on the fourth of july
+ a california road trip
+ feeling sand between my toes
+ making strawberry jam
+ a day in coney island
+ la la land on a rooftop somewhere
+ heaping bowls of berries and cream
+ husband's birthday
+ hunting sunflower fields
+ picnics by turtle pond
And a trip to the mountains! 😘
