one last glimpse into our time with the martins. we made way to chelsea for doughnuts and to dumbo for the sunday flea market under the bridge. megan & mike came away with ample treasure -- a bonafide field jacket, an american flag -- and we came away with ideas for someday, when we have a bit more space.
after the flea, we perched by the river to feel the sun on our faces, to watch people passing by, to discuss lunch. we walked for pizza and fountain cokes and slices of pie, and i remember thinking this day full of such good and simple things in life. things i am glad to share.
