around washington square.

there is this to know: the square itself is lovely and certainly worthwhile, but the neighborhood surrounding is the real stunner. leafy trees, row houses, and gothic steeples commune, and the folk club where bob dylan and simon & garfunkel debuted was once around the corner. it's a pretty special place.
