for yesterday's grey-turned-blue skies
…and for this morning's pretty fog
for an empty inbox, even if it didn't stay that way for long
for tulip trees blooming all the way home
for blog friends around the world
for that small moment just after dark when the birds are still chirping
for books that get better every time.
I wish I could say the same about the fog. All it does for me is frizz my hair out.
ReplyDeleteBut I am grateful for this lovely spring. The walk home is a colorful delight with pink and green blooms everywhere. Such a welcome change from the bare trees and dull skies.
Ooh, what's the book?
ReplyDeleteI am grateful for my now empty and recently organised inbox too--what a difference it makes :)
