fette sau over in williamsburg has communal tables, craft beers served in mason jars, and the best pulled pork and baked beans i've ever had. it's in a converted garage, the menu changes daily, and the meat is raised organically and responsibly. there are no plates, only brown paper-lined trays, and if you don't see the small neon sign out front, you'll miss it all entirely.
sounds like a really cool must see! love that they dont have plates and the beer in mason jars. a neat touch!
